What we collect
When you send an inquiry, Transcont receives the information you provide, including contact details and any product or photo links. Do not upload sensitive personal documents.
Why we use it
We use it to answer and handle your inquiry.
The legal basis is your request for a quote. For analytics it is your permission.
Who handles it for us
Netlify processes the form. When the CRM connection is enabled, the details may also be stored in Twenty.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for 6 months, then delete them.
Your rights
To request access, correction or deletion, email office@transcontchina.com.
You can also contact the Personal Data Protection Agency in Skopje (azlp.mk).
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics loads only with your permission. Plausible, if enabled, measures visits without cookies. Your language preference is stored for one year.
