Our strongest operational presence is in Yiwu. Most small goods sold in Balkan shops come from the Yiwu International Trade City: toys, stationery, gifts, decor and home goods. You choose the goods in person, and we handle the orders, checks and transport.

We check consolidated shipments and goods from Yiwu in our own warehouse. When a full container is loaded at a factory in another city, our agent checks the goods in the warehouse there. After every check you get a photo and video report, and if anything differs from your order, we tell you before loading.

Your container arrives in Thessaloniki, Durres or Bar, where we hold annual shipping contracts. From there it goes by truck to your city. Piraeus is an additional option for Serbia.

The volume shows how much space the goods take up. Even at 20 CBM, the choice between a shared container (LCL) and a full container depends on the weight and the type of goods. We choose the transport together with you.
Loaded with cartons, a 20' container takes about 30 CBM in practice, a 40' HQ about 70 CBM and a 45' HQ about 75 CBM. We check the actual load against the size and arrangement of your cartons.

How many days do I need in Yiwu?
It depends on how many product categories you are buying. The market has more than 75,000 shops, so the agent prepares the route by district and floor in advance, based on your list. We agree the number of days with you.

The number of cartons and pieces, whether the goods match the order and the approved sample (model, colour, size, material, function), the packaging and carton marks, visible damage, and the labels and markings you asked for, such as CE. We document everything with photos and video.
Goods checked before they leave ChinaHow much does a sourcing agent in China cost?
The fee depends on the task: remote sourcing, a day with an agent at a market, a factory visit or following a whole order. Agents commonly charge a commission on the order value, a day rate or a fixed project fee. We agree how the fee is calculated, and the amount, in writing before our agents start.

Each supplier delivers its goods to our warehouse. We receive them, count them, compare them with the order and send you a photo and video report. When all the deliveries have arrived, we combine them into one shipment and send it by sea from Ningbo. You do not need a full container.

Sea freight rates change from month to month. In the quote we list separately the charges in China, the sea freight, the port charges on arrival and the truck to your warehouse. The forwarder, duty and VAT are a separate cost. You receive the exact price in the quote for your shipment.
